Shi had been informed of the breach of Elysium and the Masquerade, it was his duty to punish those who decided to think they knew better. Shi studied for hundreds of years in the arts of the Shaolin Monk and was unmatched in the art of hand to hand fighting. He had no aspirations to own domain, he is a monk, they own only what they carry. He was also the Prince's Sheriff and the keepr of Elysium. barely anyone knew his name, they either reffered to him as "Sheriff" or simply as "monk".
Shi made his way to "The Edge" a place were kine and kindred alike dabbled in activities that were quite frankly, sinful. But he knew it was a new age and it was a common occurance and it was not his place to state otherwise. Shi gave a slight nod of respect to the bouncers, they dare not try to boss him about. He made his way quietly through the club, light footed and clear headed, he gave the odd head bow to the passers by as he made his way to the stairs.
Shi made his way to Ziva's office and gave a knock on the door, he entered when a voice said he could enter. He walked serenly up to Ziva, bowing infront of her "Lady Mohamed.. A Breach of Elysium and the masquerade occured here.. As the Prince has marked this place for protection. I come here requesting all the information pertaining to this breach, then i will show this law breaker true enlightenment.." Shi stood there, barely moving, as if he were a statue, it was borderline impossible to provoke any sort of emotion from a monk afterall.

Ziva had been pacing her office, waiting for this so called keeper of Elysium. Like she couldn’t keep her own house in order. It was insulting for Julian to place her domain, HER sanctuary under his so called protection. It was insulting. She was an Assamite, a warrior and an assassin. If she couldn’t keep her own sanctuary protected then she deserved to be so much dust and bone as many others had been. She was outraged by this to say the least.
When some one knocked on her office door, she said simply, “Enter”. She turned to see the Sheriff enter her office. She held nothing against this kindred, he was merely doing his job. When he asked for the evidence, she merely pointed to it, “there is a direct witness. She was sitting at the table when the mage was attacked. I believe you will come to the same conclusion I have, and that she was attacked unprovoked.
She turned to the Monk, her displeasure keen in her chocolate colored eye’s.

Shi listened to Ziva, nodding as she proclaimed and presented the witness. He could tell that Ziva was distressed, it wasn't his business to deal with petty issues, he had a job to do and would not be deterred. He turned to the witness and gave a slight nod out of respect.
"Many apologies for the incursion and violence that you had to bare witness to.." Shi stated before continueing "If you would be so kind and tell me what you saw and a description of the person who initiated the assault, the more informatio.. the better.." Shi remained perfectly still, he was a patient person and would wait for aslong as it took for the witness to divulge the necassery information required to accurately pin pointing the Elysium breaker.

Annike gave the Sheriff a courteous bow. She would not have Serpentis's reputation sullied because she failed to observe the proper respect for the Prince's enforcer.
"Sheriff, my name is Annike Van Leeuwenhoek," she introduced. "I am ghoul to Serpentis."
With that out of the way, she explained: "I was having a conversation with a human woman, a mage, as I later discovered, when we were interrupted by a female Tremere. This woman was Asian, about 24 in appearance. She asked to join us, and the mage was about to refuse--rightly so, as our conversation was private in nature." Let them believe that they were flirting, Annike thought, it would make the mage sound more innocuous. Call her sentimental, but she did not want the young human to fall prey to vampire bureaucracy.
"But before the mage could say anything beyond the word 'Tremere,' the vampire gestured to two accomplices--perhaps three, it was hard to tell--and proceeded to threaten the young mage. Very tiresome, I might add. All the old bits about how she'd be 'used' and 'enslaved,' very droll stuff.
"She then kicked the woman and threw a knife at her in rapid succession. I am positive that she used celerity for such speed. I believe that her kick was aided by blood magic, though I am not versed in such matters. Immediately afterwords, two men opened fire on the mage using semiautomatic pistols. After I found cover, I saw that the mage managed to escape, as well as the Tremere, whom I could see no sign of. Her guards has likewise retreated."

Ziva pressed a button on her desk, "Bring him in", she instructed that the ghoul on the other end when Annile had finished her part of the conversatio. A few moments later a gagged and beaten kindred was brought in. He looked the worse for wear. Ziva aproached him, and brought shadows up around him and formed them into chains.
"Forgive me..'keeper'...but he is Tremere, and I am taken no chances of him causing any more damage in 'my' sanctuary." The tremere in question didnt look like he could have swatted a fly. Ziva retrieved a bottle from her desk..a year old blood wine of no exceptional quality and popped the cork and forced the kindred to drink the entire bottle.
"He should be able to talk now...he proved most resistant to questioning." This was true, he had. She merely didnt deam it necisary to inform the Sherriff she had already gotten her answers. Turning ones blood to acid had a way of making a kindred coperate.

Shi gave a slight nod to the ghoul who laid witness "Thank you Annike.. That is enough to indicate who the breacher of Elysium is as there is only one 'asian' looking Tremere about as of this moment." Shi gave a slight bow to Annike "Be wary of mages, they are as untrust worthy as the Tremere.." He stated befor turning his attention back to Ziva and one of the kindred who aided the breacher.
Shi looked at the chains that had appeared, it did not phase him as he was old and had seen far more impressive stints. He noted Ziva's statement before turning his attention solely to Tremere "You have broken Elysium.. you are here by a traitor to the Camarilla and it's laws.. you will be escorted to the Prince for your hearing, resistance will incur immediate termination.." Shi looked over to Ziva for a moment. "Lady Mohamed, please release him.. he is in Camarilla custody now as the crime occured in the Camarilla's jurisdiction..... you shall be compensated for any damages that have occured.. The Prince Sends his up most apologies for this incursion and the perpetraitors will be dealt with accordingly." Shi waited for the chains to be broken so he could take the Tremere away.
