Regarding stats and your character. Everyone seems to want to have the "Top Dog" character, unfortunately, this wouldn't be realistic. So from now on, there are restrictions. dependant on your character race, there is a different limit for, lets say, strenght. For humans it is 10 and for kindred etc, it is 15.
15 = god like
14 = The best there is
the same goes with humans and the 9 and 10 levels.
1.) only trusted members can have a character that has one single level 15 stat and this will be a rare occaision in itself.
2.) If you wish to have a character with a level 14 stat, you will need to first RP as a weaker character and at a later date, when the staff trust you not to god mod (not being offensive to anyone, but we don't want god modders, so it is a process all members and staff will have to do)
Now, for the stats themselves, they range from 0 -15, dependant on your race. a zero mark would mean they have never had any experience with that kind of weapon or equipment and trying to use it successfully would be rare.
One in ranged would mean they can barely hit a barn door using a ranged weapon, but the likelihood is increased slightly if they have the "luck" attribute. This can be translated into the melee and unarmed feats aswell.
The 'average' (meaning, not too good but not bad) for humans would be a 5 and for those that have stats that go up to 15, the average stat would be an 8, this translates into all numerical stats, kindred who are not primogen or equivalent rank will be round about average level, maybe a bit higher.
The stat attribute for Intelligence has no gain on the character, it is merely how fast they can put the information from a book, into practise. This has no bearing on the overall character in general, but common sense dictates a pure fighting character would have an average and below average intelligence level.
The leadership stat is really exclusively only for the leaders of the clans and organisations, so any character that is not a leader, should not have this stat above 10 (or 5 for humans).
