Floor Plan:
Khay’s place is 1197 square feet. It features a foyer, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is located on the thirteenth floor and has quite a lovely view. You enter the house into a hallway that, after turning left, leads to the foyer. The guest bathroom and the bedroom for her ghouls are to the left. The kitchen lies beyond that, and the living room beyond that.
Neighborhood:
The Trump Place is close to biking/hiking/jogging/fitness trails. It has a playground for the local children as well. They get satellite TV and a private shuttle to the metro. It is close to school, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. On the property there is a game room, complimentary cocktail parties and socials, a fitness center, a laundry facility, a media/theatre room, and more.
Kitchen:
Khay’s kitchen is extremely bare and features a surprisingly modern look that does not appear to match her style. Khay says it is because the black and white modern style looks cleaner. She likes having a clean house and absolutely hates clutter. The kitchen has a large double door pantry stocked with human food for her ghouls while the refrigerator is stocked with wine bottles filled with blood.
Master Bedroom:
This is Khay’s true haven. The doors are always locked and nobody is ever allowed inside. Once again, the master bedroom exhibits that black and white modern look. The windows are equipped with black-out blinds so that she may sleep safely inside. When frightened or particularly distressed about something, she has been known to lock herself in the master bathroom and sleep curled up in the tub.
