This one is pretty simple (right now). All you have to do is be the last poster in every forum game and then come in here, claim your title and gloat about it... until you're dethroned that is. As soon as someone else posts in all the forum games they are then the overlord and you must reclaim your title by posting again.
Edit: I am now Overlord of the forum games! Kneel before me!
